Group Dining at The Iron Goat

For groups of 16 or more, The Iron Goat provides a curated group dining experience for those who don’t require a private space, but simply want a cozy place to gather over great food. This approach allows our team to serve your table efficiently while maintaining the quality, pacing, and presentation of each course.

Each group dining reservation includes a 2-hour table time.

Why We Serve Family-Style

Family-style dining brings people together by sharing dishes at the table. Courses are served at the same time, allowing everyone to enjoy their meal at a relaxed, unhurried pace.

This style of dining helps ensure consistent service for larger groups and allows guests to focus on conversation, connection, and the overall experience.

What Does “Family-Style” Mean?

Family-style dining means that dishes are served on shared platters placed in the center of the table. Guests are invited to help themselves, similar to a meal enjoyed at home.

Starters, entrées, sides and desserts are shared and portioned to serve the table

Multiple main dishes are offered for variety

Dietary preferences are clearly identified, with select items able to be modified

Important Group Dining Details

Group dining is provided for parties of 16 or more guests and requires a deposit

Prices are per person and do not include GST (5%) or gratuity (20%)

A final guaranteed guest count is requested 48 hours prior to the event. If not received, the original expected attendance will be used

Menu selections are requested 7 days prior to the function date

While substitutions are not available for group menus, guests may order additional menu items if desired

If additional meals are needed after the final count is submitted, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate

We can accommodate separate bills for group dining
